Accessible parking is available at each entrance and level. Lots 48, 50 and 58 have the most accessible spaces. All mall entrances have ramps and push-to-open switches.
Expecting Mothers and Family parking is available at most entrances. The lots with the most stalls are listed below:
For oversized-vehicle parking instructions, call Mall Security at 780-444-4444 before you arrive.
The West Edmonton Mall Transit Centre is beside the overflow parking lot on 90 Avenue. Use Edmonton Transit Service for routes and service updates.
Dedicated Accessible Transit Service (DATS) stops are at Entrances 8, 32, 48, 50, 52 and 58. Visit the DATS website for service information.
Visit the Phase II Guest Services desk near the Galaxyland Powered by Hasbro main entrance for wheelchair and scooter rentals. Double scooters must be picked up at The Ship, closest to Entrance 2.
Bring valid government-issued ID. Return all equipment before the mall closes. Equipment that is not returned or is returned damaged will be charged to the guest’s credit card at its full value.
Rentals are first come, first served and quantities are limited. You can reserve ahead online for an additional charge.

Escalators are located throughout the main corridor.
All restrooms have wheelchair-accessible stalls.
On Level 1, find restrooms:
On Level 2, restrooms are near Entrances 23 and 45.
WEM recognizes the importance of service animals. Service animals are permitted within all general areas of the mall. Only animals trained to assist persons with disabilities are permitted within West Edmonton Mall. Service animals within attractions are dependent on the attraction type. All service animals must be on a leash not exceeding 2 metres in length and in control of the handler at all times.
