We're here to help! West Edmonton Mall has two Guest Services locations on Level One, Phase II near Galaxyland and Level One, Phase III near The Ship. Both locations are open during Mall Hours to assist guests with any inquiries and services, including:

 

General Mall Information & Directions

Looking for a store or need help finding your way around? Visit Guest Services for assistance with any questions during your visit at WEM.

 

WEM Card Purchases

Give the gift of WEM with a WEM Card, available for purchase at both Guest Services locations. 

 

Wheelchair & Scooter Rentals

Wheelchairs and scooters are available for rent at the Phase II Guest Services location, subject to availability.

 

Attractions Bookings and Multi-Play Passes

Visit Guest Services for assistance with booking your next visit to our attractions or purchasing a Multi-Play Pass.

 

Lost & Found

Lost an item at WEM? Our Guest Services team is happy to assist in checking if the item has been turned in.
