Group Sales School Booking Form
Booking Conditions❗
- Attraction hours are subject to change and please refer to hours 1 week prior to event booking
- Booking form must be received by Group Sales no less than 10-business days prior to ticket pick-up
- Due to maintenance and other reasons, not all rides/slides may be open.
Payment 💵
- If you are paying by school cheque, your school must be on our approved credit list. Please consult with Group Sales Coordinator.
- Make school cheques payable to West Edmonton Mall Property Inc.
- Once payment is received, all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
- A new order of 15 or more passes will be required to receive the discounted rate again.
- Payment must be received by Group Sales before wristbands/passes will be released.
Ticket Pickup 🤝
- Passes must be picked up at Group Sales/ WEM Guest Services - located near Galaxyland’s main entrance.
- Passes being picked up outside of office hours (i.e. weekends, holidays) must be pre-paid.
Arrival 🕘
- Each Wristband/pass can be used at either World Waterpark OR Galaxyland.
- Bus drivers must drop off students at Entrance #50 and park in the overflow parking lot on 90th Ave. or the Southeast corner of the Mall (Winners) parking lot.
Important ⚠
- It is the responsibility of the undersigned to inform their group and other chaperones etc. of the information we have provided.
- This form is NOT a confirmation of booking.
- A Group Sales representative will reach out once we receive the form.
