Check the attraction’s page for its current hours before you visit. For mall shopping hours, call Guest Services at 780-444-5321. Individual retailers may keep different hours. If one store or restaurant matters to your plans, contact it directly to confirm.

Look up your first stop in the Directory before you arrive. Its listings give you a level and phase, along with a phone number or website when available. Once you're inside, an in-mall digital directory or Guest Services can help with the rest of your route.

Overnight parking isn't permitted, including in the Overflow Parking Lot. If you're arriving in an RV, bus, vehicle with a trailer or another oversized vehicle, call Mall Security at 780-444-4444 before your visit to confirm the current designated parking area.

Make a day of water slides at World Waterpark, rides at Galaxyland Powered by Hasbro, skating at Ice Palace, animal encounters at Marine Life, go-karting at DRIVE, bowling at Ed's Bowling or mini golf at Professor WEM's Adventure Golf and Dragon's Tale. Start with Tickets and Passes, which links to tickets for individual attractions and lane booking for Ed's Bowling. Check the selected attraction's current hours, admission rules and any height or supervision requirements before you buy.

Compare the Two-Day Multi-Park Pass with the longer Multi-Play Pass. The two-day pass is used on two consecutive days within seven days of purchase and allows one entry per attraction per day, except Galaxyland Powered by Hasbro. Multi-Play options include a seven-day pass and a one-year pass and are purchased in person at Guest Services. Read the current inclusions and exclusions before choosing because some attractions, special events and add-ons aren't covered.

Use the Directory to find the current level and phase for a business. Listings also show available contact details and whether that location accepts WEM Card. If you can't find what you need, Guest Services can help with store information and directions.

The two food courts are on Level 1 in Phase I and Phase III. Quick-service spots also appear elsewhere in the mall. For a meal with table service, browse Restaurants and Pubs. BRBN St. gathers several restaurants on Level 1 in Phase III, and there are more choices across the other phases.

Acceptance is limited to participating West Edmonton Mall stores, services, attractions and affiliated hotels. Check the business's listing before relying on the card for a purchase. You can buy a WEM Card at either Guest Services location or online for pickup.

Accessible parking spaces are available at every entrance and level, with the largest numbers in lots 48, 50 and 58. Every mall entrance has a ramp and a push-to-open activation switch. Inside, 13 digital directories can provide routes that use elevators, and their content can be lowered with the wheelchair icon.

Yes. Wheelchairs and walkers are free to borrow with a refundable deposit. Scooters have a rental fee and refundable deposit. Bring a valid piece of government-issued ID. Wheelchairs and electric carts are first come, first served, though you can reserve ahead for an additional charge through Wheelchair and Scooter Rentals. Call Guest Services at 780-444-5321 to confirm availability and pickup details. Double scooters must be picked up at The Ship. Entrance 2 is closest.

Trained service animals are permitted in the mall's general areas. They must remain under the handler's control on a leash no longer than two metres. Access within an attraction depends on the type of attraction, so confirm with the attraction before your visit.

There are two Guest Services desks on Level 1: one in Phase II near Galaxyland Powered by Hasbro and one in Phase III near The Ship. Both are open during mall hours and can help with directions, attraction bookings, Multi-Play Passes, WEM Card purchases and lost and found. Call 780-444-5321 or email guestservices@wem.ca.

Yes. Fantasyland Hotel is inside West Edmonton Mall with direct access to shopping, dining and attractions. West Edmonton Mall Inn is across from the mall and within walking distance. Compare both on the Hotels page.

Youth under 16 must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older. One adult may supervise up to six youth. Anyone who appears to be 18 or younger should be ready to show one of the accepted forms of photo identification listed in the Youth Escort Policy. School ID isn't accepted.
