Apply for a West Edmonton Mall Donation

Start by reviewing the giving guidelines below. If your request meets the criteria, tell us about your organization and event in the next two steps.

West Edmonton Mall considers all requests fully and carefully and will be in touch about your request within 30 days.

Questionnaire

West Edmonton Mall is unable to donate to:

  • Schools
  • Religious and faith based organizations
  • Graduation parties
  • Fundraiser programs for specific individuals or teams
  • Corporate partners, incentive programs, or events

Monetary donations will not be fulfilled. Please note that requests will not be processed for events taking place between June and August. Due to the high volume of requests, West Edmonton Mall must receive your request at least six (6) weeks prior to your donation deadline date.
