24-hour cancellation policy prior to 4 P.M. on the day of arrival.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

Each room will receive passes based on the number of registered guests (2, 4, or up to 6 passes, depending on occupancy).
Passes are valid only for the registered hotel guests associated with the reservation and cannot be transferred to non-registered hotel guests.
Passes have no cash value. No cash refund, credit, or other compensation will be provided for unused passes.
Passes cannot be extended or carried forward for future use.
Guests will receive one set of inclusions per room, per stay, whether booked as a single reservation or multiple reservations over consecutive dates. A minimum 24-hour gap between checkout and check-in is required to qualify for a separate set of inclusions.
