I redeemed my points for a reward - where did it go?

 “Don’t worry, your rewards are on the way! Your rewards are sent to the email you provided at the time of sign-up. Should you have any issues accessing your reward, please contact support@mywem.ca.”

Can I earn points for online purchases?

“Of course! You can earn points for your purchases at wem.ca/tickets. Simply enter your unique 12-digit Loyalty ID number when prompted during the purchasing process and hit submit. Your points will be credited within 24 hours of your purchase. You can find your unique 12-digit Loyalty ID by logging in to the MyWEM App and tapping the profile icon. Tap your Rewards Card to find your ID on the back.”

Where can I find my Rewards card?

“Your Rewards card can be found by tapping on the profile icon in the bottom right corner within the West Edmonton Mall app. Once there, tap on your rewards card to reveal your unique ID and barcode.”

My receipt upload wasn't successful, what should I do?

“Sorry for the trouble! There are various reasons as to why a receipt may not process successfully. Common reasons are - a mandatory field couldn't be verified, receipt was under the required minimum of $21 value, receipt is older than 14 days, receipt was previously scanned, receipt was flagged by verification process. Contact support@mywem.ca for more details.”

Where can I see my recent activity?

You can view your recent activity by tapping on the profile icon, in the bottom right corner, within the West Edmonton Mall app. From there, you select Account History - where you'll be able to view both your account history and receipt scan history.

Is there a limit to how many receipts I can scan per day?

Yes - as per the date on the receipt, a maximum of 2 receipt uploads per store, per day, will be accepted. Remember, only receipts with a value of at least $21 will be credited with points. Receipts must be from personal purchases only. We reserve the right to refuse any suspicious receipts, and suspicious activity may lead to your account being suspended.

How can I redeem my points?

We've set up a Rewards Catalogue to make it easy to choose your rewards. Simply log in to the West Edmonton Mall app and tap on the profile icon in the bottom right corner. From there, select the Redeem Points to view your options.

You can also login at mywem.ca/login and view the Rewards Catalogue there. Simply click on a reward and follow the instructions to redeem your points.

Rewards will generally be issued to the email address provided when you created your MyWEM Rewards account.

Where can I see how many points I have?

You can view your point balance either via the West Edmonton Mall app, or through the online sign in. To view your balance through the app, log in and look for the profile icon. Tap the icon and a ribbon should expand displaying how many points you have available. To check via the online portal, go to www.mywem.ca/login or login.mywem.ca. Enter your credentials, and you'll find your balance on the top right of the screen, beside your name.

How do I sign up?

Becoming a member is free and easy! First, download the official West Edmonton Mall app from either the App Store or Google Play Store, and then choose Sign Up when you first open the app!
